As part of our Christmas 2026 launch, we've given our mugs and muglets a festive makeover in a brand new dark green glaze with Christmas tree 'sticker' designs that reveal the raw clay underneath, as well as in a red star Christmas mug design. Both are perfect for a mug of coffee, tea, mulled wine, or even your favourite warming tipple. Pair with the matching Christmas tree ceramic plate to hold your snacks while you sip!

The green Christmas tree mug and all of our Welsh ceramics are made by hand in our pottery workshop in Porthmadog, North Wales, using high quality stoneware clay that allows us to make surprisingly lightweight mugs that are sturdy and durable, allowing for microwave and dishwasher use (though we recommend hand-washing).

Standard Delivery is £4.95 posted via Royal Mail 48 tracked 3-5 working
All orders are posted within 3-5 working days of you order being placed, in the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you. during busy launches dispatch may take longer.
All orders are posted using recycled packaging or recyclable materials where possible.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage, breakages or if you wish to return and item.
Returns
You must contact us within 7 days to arrange a return to our workshop, by emailing info@glosters.pro. Please allow 2-3 working days for a reply to your email.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or replacement for broken items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned, some seasonal items, including mug & pottery club.

Pottery Care Instructions
Tableware
Can I put my tableware in the dishwasher?
Yes. All our ceramic tableware is dishwasher safe, including plates, bowls, and pouring and mixing bowls.
Can I use it in the microwave?
Yes, unless it has a metallic glaze. Metallic glazes can spark, so keep those pieces out of the microwave.
Will cutlery mark the glaze?
Occasionally, cutlery leaves grey marks on the glaze. Bar Keepers Friend removes them easily.
Mugs, muglets, mugsters & beakers
Can they go in the dishwasher?
Each handmade mug is made by hand, so we recommend washing it by hand too.
Can I microwave them?
We'd rather you didn't. To help your mug last longer, heat drinks in a jug or pan, then pour them in.
Jugs & vases
Are your vases watertight?
Yes. Each handmade vase has a clear glaze inside, so it holds water and keeps your flowers fresh.
How should I clean a jug or vase?
Wash them by hand.
